Oreo Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookie

Since I had all that peanut butter cookie dough, I was getting tired of making cookies so I decided to speed up the process a little and use two cookies at a time, just like those brownie stuffed chocolate chip cookies. I didn't have any brownie mix, but I did have oreos from when I made the oreo pops!

Using the same technique from the brookies, I took a ball of the peanut butter cookie dough, flattened it, placed an oreo on top, and used another dough ball to cover the entire thing. I had some leftover melted chocolate from dipping the regular peanut butter cookies so I just drizzled it on top.
