Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

My sister Binh makes the best banana chocolate chip nut muffins ever...just as good as Mimi's except she adds nuts. I wanted some and didn't feel like leaving my house and luckily, I had all the necessary ingredients already (I keep overripe bananas in my freezer). I love these recipes that start with a cake mix base--this made it so much easier than all the work Binh and Mimi's put into theirs. :)

Ingredients:

• Yellow Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 3 Overripe Bananas
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

1. Smash bananas in a large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into cupcake liners.
4. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. 

So good!
